1.2 Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds for digital products will only be considered in the following circumstances:

  • If the product is faulty, corrupted, or significantly different from the product description.
  • If you experience technical difficulties accessing the digital product that cannot be resolved by our support team.

1.3 Corporate Training Services:
Refunds for corporate training services will be considered if:

  • The training session was canceled by us or not delivered as agreed.
  • You cancel the booking within the specified timeframes (see section 2 for details).

1.4 Non-Refundable Items:

  • Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed cannot be returned unless they meet the conditions in section 1.2.
  • Training services that have already been delivered or commenced are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in this policy.

2. Corporate Training Services: Cancellation and Refunds

2.1 Cancellation by the Customer:

  • For a full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 7 days before the scheduled start date of the training.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days but more than 48 hours before the training start date will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the training start date are non-refundable.

2.2 Cancellation by Performance Strategies Enterprises Pty. Ltd.:

  • If we cancel a scheduled training session, you will be entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule for another session.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

3.1 Digital Products:
If you are experiencing issues with a digital product:

  1. Contact our customer support at admin@performancestrategies.co with your order number, purchase details, and a description of the issue.
  2. Our support team will assess your request and work with you to resolve any technical issues. If a resolution is not possible, a refund will be processed in accordance with this policy.

3.2 Corporate Training Services:
If you need to cancel a training session:

  1. Email us at admin@performancestrategies.co with your booking details and reason for cancellation.
  2. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request and process the refund according to the conditions outlined in section 2.

4. Refund Process and Timeframes

4.1 Refund Approval:

  • Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4.2 Processing Time:

  • If approved, refunds for digital products will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds for corporate training services will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date of approval.

4.3 Payment Method:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

5.1 Return Fees:

  • There are no additional fees for returns or refunds unless otherwise specified in this policy.
