Terms and Conditions
Performance Strategies Enterprises (Pty) Ltd
Effective date: 3 November 2026
Scope and booking
These terms apply to PSE’s website and training services. Read them with the course description, Privacy Policy, and Refunds and Cancellations Policy. A separately agreed corporate contract may specify delivery and commercial arrangements, subject to mandatory law. Course-specific conditions will be disclosed before purchase. If documents conflict, contact PSE for clarification; an undisclosed restriction will not be imposed after purchase.
Provide accurate account and booking information. Corporate representatives must have authority to book for their organisation. Creating an account does not purchase a course. Paid enrolment is confirmed after payment verification and allocation of access. Contact admin@performancestrategies.co if a paid order does not provide access; do not pay repeatedly without checking.
Fees and payment
The course page and checkout identify fees, inclusions, currency and any applicable taxes before payment. Where a Botswana pula reference price is shown but payment is charged in US dollars, the actual USD checkout amount must be clearly displayed before confirmation. PayPal or the payer’s bank may apply conversion rates or fees outside PSE’s control. Keep the transaction reference and receipt.
Data Protection Compliance access
Access to this self-paced course lasts strictly 14 consecutive days from confirmed enrolment and activation of access, including weekends and public holidays. The learner must complete all eight modules, required quizzes and the final assessment during that period. This is a learning-access limit, not a deadline after which an earned certificate is forfeited.
Review and permitted assessment retries must take place within the original period. A retry or retake does not create a contractual entitlement to a fresh 14 days. Extensions require written confirmation, including remedies for a material service failure attributable to PSE. Other courses may have different periods disclosed before purchase.
Accounts and permitted use
One account and paid enrolment are for one learner. Do not share passwords, sell access, impersonate another learner, interfere with the website or submit dishonest assessments. You may use authorised downloads for your own learning and internal application, including private action planning. Do not redistribute, resell, publish or upload course videos or materials to other services without permission. Report suspected compromise promptly.
Assessment and certificates
For Data Protection Compliance, achieve at least 70% in each module quiz and the final assessment, and satisfy the stated completion requirements. Reflection responses and the Action Plan are private activities and are not submitted to PSE. Do not disclose organisational information to demonstrate completion.
Eligible learners may request a certificate using the link in the completion email or by contacting PSE. Provide your full name and registered email; do not send your password. PSE verifies results and emails the certificate to a verified address. Report missing emails or incorrect names so we can investigate. Expired course access does not by itself prevent verification or later issue of an earned certificate. A certificate does not guarantee employment, professional registration, legal compliance or HRDC reimbursement.
HRDC reimbursement support
HRDC reimbursement is an employer claim assessed under applicable eligibility and documentation requirements. Optional HRDC fields assist preparation of supporting records; they do not guarantee acceptance. Employers are responsible for confirming eligibility, necessary pre-approval, documentation and submission deadlines. PSE supplies accurate records within its possession and applicable programme recognition information, subject to lawful disclosure and reasonable verification.
We will not certify attendance, hours, completion, payment or identity that our records do not support. The advertised learning hours are not a statement that every learner spent that exact time online. Self-paced activity records must not be represented as accepted substitutes for signed attendance without HRDC confirmation. Providing identification for claim support is separate from academic assessment.
Workshops and corporate training
Follow the dates, venue, entry requirements and participation instructions supplied for your booking. Corporate clients must provide a suitable venue and facilities where agreed. Scope changes require agreement. Participants must behave respectfully. Serious misconduct may lead to proportionate suspension or removal, with reasons and an opportunity to respond where practicable; payment consequences remain subject to law and fair assessment.
Technology, learning support and recordings
Learners need an appropriate device, supported browser and internet access. Contact us promptly about a fault. We will investigate and provide a fair remedy where our service materially fails. Planned maintenance or events outside reasonable control do not remove statutory rights.
Some materials may use AI-generated presenters or narration. Training is educational and does not replace advice on an organisation’s specific legal or professional circumstances. Live sessions will not be recorded for promotional use without appropriate notice and any necessary permission; learners must not record or publish other participants without authorisation.
Complaints, responsibility and changes
Send complaints to admin@performancestrategies.co with the course, booking reference and requested remedy. Assessment or certification errors can be reviewed. You retain rights to approach relevant regulators or courts. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. PSE does not promise a particular business result, but remains responsible for delivering the service as agreed and required by law.
Botswana law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections applicable to the transaction. Material changes apply prospectively; changes to an existing purchase require a lawful basis or agreement.
Refunds, cancellations, transfers, and rescheduling are governed by our Refunds and Cancellations Policy, which should be read together with these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in either policy limits your rights under applicable law.
